In keeping with our commitment to use less resources, just confirm via email that you read the agreement.
- I agree to open my studio to the public for the Turtle Artisan Tour (TAT),
- I also agree to contribute money* to TAT to ensure that I am participating in this tour.
- Furthermore, I understand that my participation will follow the guidelines as stated on the Turtle Artisan Tour website for the Level of Participation that I have selected. This may include some or all of the following:
- Forward to TAT, via email (turtletour2011@gmail.com) by March 1st, my bio, a head shot, three images of my work, my website address and the address of my studio.
- Advise TAT, in writing, any practical information about parking (i.e. “Don’t park in driveway”) or my studio, (i.e. “I have 22 cats.”)
- Have my studio open and be there to greet tourists during the TAT days/hours as indicated above.
- Create a link from my website to TAT web site.
- Assist in circulating TAT postcards & brochures in Cheltenham and surrounding areas.
- Indicate my participation with a TAT provided TAT lawn sign. Which is to be returned to TAT at the end of the event.
