Bonnie Mettler: Fine Arts
I am a realist painter. I paint in watercolor and oil.
After graduating from Moore College of Art, I had learned a love of watercolor. I had not, however, mastered technique nor did I have a grasp of content - what I would want to say with the painting. I honed my watercolor painting skills by painting on the train everyday for 9 years. I discovered the content by realizing that we live on an extraordinarily robust and fecund planet (not at all like any other we have explored). My painting life has been about painting the fullness and robustness of existence here on earth. I am profoundly in appreciation mode.

Charles Adams: Furniture Art
"I create “art” furniture combining a whimsical aesthetic sensibility with extensive woodworking experience. Striving for a complicated, rich surface, I often use the end grains of wood, which is rarely used in exhibit cabinetry. I carefully choose my wood for grain pattern and strive for interesting variations and color. In shaping the wood I enjoy finding natural surprises."

Gwyneth MacArthur: Jewelry
Tookany’s Silver Lining came about as a result of Hurricane Irene and Tropical Storm Lee in the fall of 2011. These storms created much havoc in my community with floods and property damage. I am always one to find the silver lining in adversity. In this case, it was the wonderful china, glass and pottery shards, 150 years worth, that were revealed on the creek banks in the aftermath. After weeks of wandering the water ways and collecting the abundance, this jewelry line emerged. My hope is that you will enjoy the unexpected beauty you find here and feel renewed.

Paul Miller: Ceramic Arts - Passion in Porcelain
My art flows from Buddhist training and view. The complexity and chaos in our lives shapes my art. I attempt to deal with the world’s outer chaos by creating
work that echoes my inner struggle between peace and turmoil. It’s flowing graceful lines and simple structures are signposts along a path to inner peace.
I work in porcelain clay to fashion functional and sculptural art. Over the past two years I have focused on Chinese and Japanese art forms. I have created Sake Sets,
wabi-sabi tea and salad bowls sushi plates as well as western forms. My newest work includes a series of wall mounted porcelain sculpture. At times I am inspired to create very personal porcelain jewelry.
